Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Company office.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and building areas.
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, and outdoor spaces.
• Sweep and maintain parking lots and sidewalks; report repairs.
• Shovel snow and apply ice melt during winter to keep walkways safe.
• Promote safety and teamwork; uphold professional work standards.
