Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking dependable Attendants to help keep a Safety Rest Area in West Point, GA clean, safe, and welcoming for every traveler. You will perform cleaning, maintenance, and grounds care tasks under the Site Supervisor, inside and outside the facility.

Responsibilities include sanitizing restrooms, stocking dispensers, light maintenance, and serving as part of a team committed to safety and quality service. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Company office.
• Current, valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.
• Ability to comply with the Company Drug and Alcohol Policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain restrooms and building interiors.
• Keep dispensers stocked and offices clean.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Maintain grounds including picnic areas and sidewalks.
• Shovel snow and apply ice melt during winter weather.
• Promote safety culture and teamwork; support evolving business needs.
