U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated building maintenance services company, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Welcome Center Rest Area Attendant. This position is responsible for general maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the Welcome Center under the supervision of the Project Manager or designated Supervisor.

Must be able to work the Friday to Sunday 10AM-6PM shift.

Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. General Maintenance
2. Grounds Maintenance
3. Solid Waste Removal
4. Empty trash and recycling receptacles as needed and required per contract
5. Parking Lots / Sidewalks: sweep, pick up litter, remove snow, apply ice melt
6. Flower Beds and Non-paved areas: litter removal, cleaning picnic areas and grills
7. Building Maintenance Interior: replace light bulbs, other maintenance needs
8. Janitorial duties: sweeping, mopping, cleaning fixtures, windows, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, disinfecting sinks, toilets, kitchen area, and more
9. Floor stripping and waxing
10. All other Welcome Center needs

Qualifications:

• Willing to work overtime, including weekends and holidays
• Current government-issued ID
• Transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
• Ability to comply with Drug and Alcohol Policy
• Prior janitorial experience preferred
