Job summary

RESRG Automotive is offering a Rotational Program designed to accelerate the careers of high-potential graduates and emerging professionals through hands-on experience, mentorship, and executive visibility.

Participants will rotate through operations, engineering, supply chain, and other functions, gaining broad exposure and developing leadership, technical, and business acumen for future opportunities within the North American organization.

Qualifications

• Leadership through internships, projects, student organizations, military service, athletics, or work experience.
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments across North America.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills are preferred.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations Management, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field

• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments (locations in North America)
