Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain and Operations practice is seeking a Senior Manager to help clients unlock measurable value through procurement category management and strategic sourcing. You will lead multi-category programs from opportunity assessment to benefit realization, working with CPOs, finance leaders and suppliers.

You will apply analytics, AI and evolving sourcing capabilities to improve decisions and outcomes, while coaching diverse teams and building client relationships across industries in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Seven or more years of procurement experience with meaningful consulting and leadership experience.
• Experience shaping, selling and delivering complex procurement engagements across multiple categories.

Responsibilities

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management, strategic sourcing and cost takeout engagements.
• Lead spend and opportunity assessments, develop value cases, prioritize categories and create sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market and supplier analysis, sourcing events, negotiations and contracting support.
• Mobilize and lead complex programs with governance, workplans, resources, risks and reporting.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business teams balancing cost, service and risk.
• Apply spend analytics, contract analytics, market intelligence and AI-enabled procurement capabilities.
• Develop client relationships, market offerings and account opportunities.
• Coach and develop high-performing, inclusive teams.
