Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager to lead the global Responsible Sourcing program, aligning with sustainability goals and procurement strategy.

The role develops governance, supplier engagement, and ESG performance management across the supply base. It also drives the communications strategy for internal stakeholders and supplier partners to foster transparency and alignment with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Procurement or Supply Chain or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years in global GMP sourcing/manufacturing environment with procurement or sustainability leadership.
• Experience building governance, supplier ESG programs, and cross‑functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute West’s global Responsible Sourcing strategy aligned with sustainability objectives.
• Embed responsible sourcing across supplier lifecycle and set ESG KPIs.
• Oversee supplier sustainability programs, audits, and corrective actions.
• Partner with suppliers to improve human rights, environmental stewardship, labor practices.
• Lead communication strategy for the global procurement organization to drive transparency.
