HealthSource Chiropractic of Chicago Wicker Park is seeking a high-energy Front Desk Manager to join our busy chiropractic clinic. You will welcome patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and help maintain organized records in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($18–$22, based on experience), performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Right candidate will have strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Experience with billing and coding is a plus but not required; training is offered.
