Key Responsibilities Include:

• Welcoming and checking in/out patients
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments

• Preparing referrals and sending medical records
• Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining organized records

Experience with billing and coding is a plus but not required - we’re willing to train the right person!
