Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking PRN Respite Support Professionals to provide care for individuals with IDD on a flexible schedule across our service area.

You’ll control your shifts, receiving paid training and building ongoing relationships with families. A valid driver’s license, background check, and a compassionate approach are required; CPR/First Aid is a plus and support in obtaining it is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Experience supporting individuals with IDD counts (professional or personal).
• Patience, dependability, and respect for people you support are important.

Responsibilities

• Provide Respite to individuals with IDD, supporting daily routines and personal care, promoting independence and engagement.
• Document each shift accurately and maintain records.

Job description

Covenant Case Management Services is building a bench of skilled Respite Support Professionals across our service area. This is PRN — as-needed, no set schedule, no minimum hours. You'll see available shifts and take the ones that fit your life. Nights free but weekdays booked? Perfect. Available two Saturdays a month? We'll take it.

What you'll do

Provide Respite to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities — giving their families a scheduled break while you keep things safe, engaging, and steady. That looks like assisting with daily routines and personal care, supporting community outings and activities, encouraging independence and communication, and documenting each shift accurately.

What you bring

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience supporting individuals with IDD — professional or personal caregiving both count
• Patience, dependability, and genuine respect for the people you support
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus — we'll help you get it if you don't have it

Pay
$15.00 an hour
