SHIFTS:

WAGE:

• $14.13 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide one-on-one safety-focused care and constant supervision during all indoor and outdoor activities.
• Help the child navigate emotional regulation, offering calm, consistent responses to dysregulation or behavioral challenges.
• Create a structured and secure environment that promotes comfort, confidence, and predictability.
• Engage the child in supportive and age-appropriate activities such as walks, movement games, and quiet time, adapting to the child’s sensory needs and energy levels.
• Monitor and document the child’s behavior and mood, maintaining open communication with the parents.
• Offer steady encouragement while helping reinforce coping tools and behavioral strategies that promote regulation and growth.
