Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin is seeking a patient, compassionate respite provider to support a child and family in the Chippewa Falls area. This role offers meaningful daily interactions and the chance to help the child participate in activities they enjoy.
You will provide one-on-one supervision and companionship, help with everyday routines, and encourage safe, age-appropriate play. Previous experience with children, especially autism, is preferred.

Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
We are looking for a patient, compassionate, and dependable child respite provider to support a child and their family in the Chippewa Falls area. The respite provider will offer one-on-one support, supervision, and companionship while helping the child participate in everyday activities and things they enjoy.
15 hours/Weekly
Monday-Friday 3 hours/evening
The ideal candidate is someone who is:
Previous experience working with children with autism or providing one-on-one support is strongly preferred. No special certifications are required, although relevant experience is a plus!

If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN's role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
