Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin seeks a compassionate respite care provider to support a young boy in Colby. This part-time role offers weekend hours in the home and in the community, with a focus on safety, fun activities, and routine.

We are looking for a respite care provider for a young boy in Colby, WI. This position would provide up to 8hrs per week, and is weekends only! The child in need of respite is very easy going with a big personality! He is nonverbal and utilizes an AAC device, sign language, and body language to communicate.
*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
