Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Sibling Respite Provider to support two children at home and in the community, with afternoons/evenings and a 10-hour weekly schedule.

You will supervise, assist with basic personal care, encourage safe social activities, and help the family with routine outings. A valid driver's license and caregiver background check are required; CPR/First Aid preferred.

A lovely family in the Chippewa Falls area is seeking a compassionate and dependable Sibling Respite Provider to offer support and care for two young children. This role involves spending time with the children in their home and community, engaging them in fun, meaningful activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment while providing the family with valuable respite. If you enjoy creating meaningful experiences for children and want to make a difference in a family's life, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay

$17.70/hour

Location

Respite to take place in the child's home & community (Chippewa Falls, WI)

Schedule

10 hours/week available - Afternoons/evenings preferred - flexible schedule TBD between family & provider

Child 1: Female, School aged

What You'LL Do

• Provide supervision and support with basic personal care routines for (bathing, dressing, restroom reminders)
• Encourage positive social interaction and a safe, nurturing environment
• Assist with routine activities around the home or outings in the community

Ideal Candidate

• Open to regular communication with the family and adaptable to a changing schedule
• Energetic, engaging, dependable, and compassionate
• Comfortable supporting children with developmental disabilities
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain) preferred
• Prior experience working with children is helpful but not required
