Job summary

Quiet Waters is seeking a compassionate Respite Care Manager to oversee the respite care program, ensuring support for individuals with disabilities, their families, and volunteers. The role emphasizes a discipleship-focused approach throughout programming and events.

You will develop and coordinate services, train staff, and engage with community partners to sustain a high-quality program aligned with ministry goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities or their families preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive respite care program.
• Coordinate respite care services for individuals, families, and volunteers.
• Design life skills classes to empower participants and give back to the Kingdom.
• Ensure high standards of quality and safety with integrated discipleship.
• Train and supervise respite care staff, volunteers, and caregivers.
• Provide resources and support to families using respite care services.
• Build relationships with community partners and service providers.
• Develop and manage budgets for the respite care program.
• Collect data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvements.
