Become a member of our Respite team who covers overnight shifts for part and full time Basic Needs Staff and assume their overall responsibilities. They are responsible for the overall safety of program residents and management of the supported housing facility. Staff are expected to be an active part of a team and model effective, appropriate, and timely communication with others regarding client updates.

The position has an immediate start date for training, however, is on an as needed basis once trained. They are nonexempt positions with a base hourly wage of $21.63, with a possible shift differential of $2.00, $4.00, or $5.00 depending on shift covering. The Overnight Respite Staff would be specifically available to cover shifts from 1:30 am to 9:30 am, which are compensated with an additional differential of $4.00 for weeknights or $5.00 per hour on weekend overnights.
