Become a member of our Respite team who covers shifts for part and full time Basic Needs Staff and assume their overall responsibilities. They are responsible for the overall safety of program residents and management of the supported housing facility. Staff are expected to be an active part of a team and model effective, appropriate, and timely communication with others regarding client updates. These positions have an immediate start date for training, however, is on an as needed basis once trained. They are nonexempt positions with a base hourly wage of $21.00, with a possible shift differential of $2.00, $4.00 or $5.00, depending on shift covering. These positions are located in St Albans, VT.
Due to the nature of supported housing work shifts include days, evenings, awake overnights, weekends, and holidays. Schedules and shifts are subject to change.
