Job summary

Spectrum Youth and Family Services is looking for Basic Needs Staff to work overnight shifts, ensuring the safety and support of youth in their care. Staff will engage with youth while completing documentation of incidents, medication plans, and participate in their daily activities.

With a starting hourly wage of $21.63, potential shift differentials apply. The role requires a high school degree, and knowledge of adolescent development is preferred, with shift flexibility required for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience working with at-risk adolescents.
• Knowledge of life skills including meal preparation and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage youth in program expectations.
• Ensure safety of all youth while on the premises.
• Complete accurate and timely record keeping.
• Communicate effectively with other staff regarding youth conditions.
