Trusted Health is seeking an experienced allied health professional for a travel assignment. This role requires 2+ years total bedside experience, with at least 1 year in a large hospital PICU, and proficiency with Epic. Applicants must be able to float to multiple units as needed and meet travel requirements.

Shift is from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with a 13-week contract and 12-hour shifts. Travel-only placement; candidates must reside >60 miles from the facility and be able to pass required

Experience

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Respiratory Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience

Must have experience with Hamilton ventilators. Must have 2 years overall experience, and 1 of those years must be full-time experience in a large hospital PICU.

Preferred Skills/Experience

Experience at a Level I pediatric trauma center is strongly preferred. Teaching hospital experience is preferred.

All RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Unit Details

The patient population includes neonates, infants, pediatric patients, adolescents, and adults. Must be willing to care for both high- and low-acuity PICU patients.Patient population includes respiratory patients, trauma, pulmonary, complex patients, and all clinical disease processes.Long-term tracheostomy and ventilator patients are cared for.

Shift & Scheduling

Weekend-only contracts are available.

Floating Requirements

Floating is required to CTICU, NICU, H8A (pulmonary), and Core (general/ED).

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager references required from within the last 12 months
