Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

3 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

3 years of Pediatric Respiratory Unit experience.

3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

AS completion required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Unit Details:Unit areas include pediatric cardiac ICU, pediatric medical ICU, pediatric surgical ICU, and a Level IV NICU.The patient population includes tracheostomy patients.Equipment includes Servo I and Servo U ventilators, LTVs, Astral and Trilogy ventilators, and oscillators.Managing respiratory care patients includes ventilator management, intubations, extubations, suctioning, and treatments.

Shift & Scheduling:Weekend rotation is every other weekend, occasionally every 3rd weekend.Travelers may be scheduled for holidays if necessary.Flexible contract hours: set weekly hours, except during holidays when the unit is closed and during orientation week.

Floating Requirements:The assignment is primarily in PICU and NICU but may require floating to general med/surg acute care units and EDTC.

9 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months
