Shift:

6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required with any experience within the last 12 months.
• AS completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Unit Details

ThedaCare Neenah handles more trauma cases than ThedaCare Appleton.RT coverage spans multiple inpatient units, including COVID, medical-surgical, and emergency department units.RTs evaluate and treat, manage adult airways and ventilators, and provide basic pediatric airway and ventilation support in the ED.

Shift & Scheduling

May flex to day shifts if the need is there.Every 3rd weekend.Holidays as needed.No call.Flexible contract hours: set weekly hours are guaranteed except during orientation week and when the unit is closed for holidays.

Floating Requirements

Float to ThedaCare Appleton, a more cardiac-focused hospital, and cross-train between TCA and TCN.

9 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months
