Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy for adult medical-surgical, adult ICU, and general pediatric patients.
• Care for neonates, infants, children, adults and geriatrics; manage pulmonary conditions including trauma.
• Work with a Level 3 trauma facility; participate in rapid response and respiratory support.
• Shift is night with 12-hour shifts and 3 shifts per week.

Experience

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.

Unit Details

Provides respiratory therapy for adult medical-surgical, adult critical care, and general pediatric patients.Patient population includes neonates, infants, pediatric and adolescent patients, adults, and geriatrics.The unit treats all pulmonary processes, including trauma.The facility is a Level 3 trauma facility functioning as Level 2.The clinical setting includes a Level 3 NICU.Support includes respiratory services and rapid response teams.

Shift & Scheduling

Every other weekend.9 weekend shifts per contract.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
