Required Skills/Experience: Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.

Special Requests: All RTO and scheduling requests must be communicated during submission and interview; RTO must be included at time of submission. Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends as needed.

Floating Requirements: May float as needed to CCF facilities, including but not limited to Avon, Euclid, Fairview, Lutheran, and Pulmonary Main Campus.

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager references required from within the last 12 months
