Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient outcomes and updates the plan of care within the multidisciplinary team.
• Provides explanations and instructions to patients and families regarding respiratory disease processes and discharge.
• Shares clinical knowledge with staff and students and serves as a role model for clinical practice.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates respiratory care; communicates with medical and nursing staff.

Floating Requirements:Accepts reassignment to other units when necessary.
