Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 1 month cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Unit Details:Patient ratios vary.Patient population includes all patients.Equipment includes PB 980, V60, Airvo, and Aerogen.

Shift & Scheduling:Weekend shift hours: 24 of the 36.

Floating Requirements:Ability to work in ICU and ED plus all floor units.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required

Driver’s license required for submission
