Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 6 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.

Required Skills/Experience:Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.

Special Requests:All RTO and scheduling requests must be communicated during submission and interview; all RTO must also be included at the time of submission.Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

Unit Details:Assignment includes NI expansion coverage for the NMET team.

Shift & Scheduling:Weekends as needed.

Floating Requirements:May float as needed to CCF facilities, including but not limited to Avon, Euclid, Fairview, Lutheran, and Pulmonary Main Campus.

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager references required from within the last 12 months
