Job summary

Los Robles Regional Medical Center seeks a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to lead the respiratory service department, supervise daily operations, and drive process improvements. The role requires California RCP licensure and a CoARC-accredited degree with leadership experience.

You will oversee staffing, ensure quality control of ABG instruments, and maintain compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards while supporting hospital goals and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program approved by CoARC.
• California RCP license required.
• RRT preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the respiratory service department.
• Prepare staffing schedules and approve changes with Coordinator.
• Lead process improvements and present metrics to team.
• Maintain ABG instruments to QC standards and CAP compliance.
• Ensure Joint Commission and regulatory requirements are met.
