HCA HealthONE Aurora is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to lead daily operations, oversee staff development, and drive quality improvement efforts in the Respiratory Therapy department.

The role supports the Manager/Director, fosters collaboration with nursing and medical staff, and ensures optimal staffing, training, and patient care outcomes in a high-demand hospital setting.

Competenze

• Current Colorado State Respiratory License.
• Registered (RRT).
• Current AHA or ARC BLS.
• Current PALS.
• Current AHA or ARC ACLS.
• Current NRP.
• Membership in a professional organization (AARC, NBRC) preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead daily operations, staff development, quality monitoring and improvement initiatives.
• Assist the department Manager/Director in their absence and take on duties as assigned.
• Ensure staffing levels and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to coordinate patient care.
