Encompass Health seeks a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to guide clinical staff in delivering high-quality respiratory care to inpatients. You will oversee breathing treatments, medical gas administration, and comprehensive patient assessments to drive recovery and independence.

Qualificações

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients needing medical gas, breathing therapy, and medications.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
