Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Respiratory Staff with clinical supervision and support.
• Assess, administer, educate, and observe respiratory care per Provider orders.
• Coordinate education and development across the department and other disciplines.
• Develop and implement competency programs, orientations, and meetings.
• Develop clinical care policies and ensure consistent application.
• Coordinate equipment purchasing and inventory control.
• Act as liaison to multidisciplinary teams and intradepartmental committees.
• Coordinate respiratory rotations and observations across agencies.
