Encompass Health in Sun City, AZ is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to lead a compassionate care team and advance patient rehabilitation.

You will supervise breathing treatments, assess patients, develop care plans, mentor staff, and ensure quality outcomes while partnering with a supportive, nationwide rehabilitation network.

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to patients needing medical gas, breathing therapy modalities, and medications.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Connaissances

Respiratory Therapy License

CPR Certified

ACLS Preferred

Associate Degree+ RT

Hospital experience 2+ years

Supervisory experience

Formation
