Encompass Health in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to lead a dedicated team, oversee breathing treatments, and coordinate patient assessments as part of our inpatient rehabilitation program.

You will develop care plans, ensure high-quality respiratory care, mentor staff, and contribute to patient recovery and satisfaction within a supportive, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy and CPR certification.
• Associate degree or higher in respiratory therapy from an accredited program.
• Two years hospital experience in respiratory therapy preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to patients requiring medical gas, breathing therapy, and medications.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, lead patient assessments, and create care plans.
• Address patient concerns and build meaningful patient relationships for recovery.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes as part of the care team.
