You will guide therapists, collaborate with physicians, and ensure compassionate, evidence-based care that supports recovery and independence.

Qualifications include an active Respiratory Therapy license, CPR, ACLS preferred, and an associate degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Active State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to those needing medical gas, breathing therapy, and medications.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, lead patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
• Guide and develop staff, ensure adherence to evidence-based care, and address patient concerns.
• Foster meaningful patient relationships to support holistic recovery and celebrate progress.
