Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or Administration preferred.
• Current Respiratory Therapy license from the appropriate state licensing body.
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential; CMP; BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor the Respiratory Therapy Department's operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Manage staff through interviewing, hiring, orientation, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee equipment and supply management, budgeting, and maintenance.
