Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credentialing is required.
• Experience with PDPM/OBRA regulatory expectations preferred.
• Ability to supervise professional, technical, and clerical staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and maintenance of rehab department operations and patient flow.
• Perform and supervise respiratory therapy procedures per physician orders: oxygen therapy, aerosols, bronchial hygiene, lung expansion, incentive spirometry, airway clearance techniques.
• Document patient therapies, monitor device function, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nursing and other departments to optimize care and quality outcomes.
• Participate in staff education, performance evaluations, and process improvements.
