Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a Respiratory Therapy Services Director to oversee operations, staff, and program development in a rehabilitation setting. You will lead professional and clinical teams to deliver high-quality respiratory care focused on elderly rehabilitation.

Responsibilities include budgeting, protocol development, compliance with PDPM/OBRA, and coordination with nursing and administration to optimize patient outcomes and care efficiency.

Qualifications

• Registered RT/CRT with active licensure and ability to supervise staff.
• Experience with regulatory documentation and PDPM/ OBRA familiarity.
• Ability to design and implement respiratory care programs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee department operations including budgeting and staffing.
• Develop and implement respiratory therapy protocols.
• Ensure accurate daily/weekly/monthly documentation.
• Coordinate with nursing and admin for PDPM/ OBRA compliance.
• Maintain equipment and monitor quality control.
