Responsibilities

• Oversees compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manages data entry and clinical documentation.
• Monitors revenue, productivity and gross margin goals for the department.
• Participates in budget development and staff utilization planning.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams for patient care and discharge planning.
• Provides staff development and orientation for new personnel.
