Qualifikationen

• Registered respiratory therapist with state credentials and leadership ability.

• Knowledge of ventilators, airway management, and respiratory therapy procedures.

• Assist with development and maintenance of systems to enhance rehab department reputation.
• Perform bedside respiratory therapies and monitor patient responses.
• Document therapies and maintain patient records in accordance with policies.
• Coordinate with nursing and administration for PDPM/OBRA compliance and scheduling.
• Supervise staff and ensure regulatory compliance and quality of care.
