Responsibilities

Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through disciplined execution.

Manage and track sales opportunities using CRM to drive pipeline growth.

Identify target accounts and cultivate relationships to convert prospects into deals.

Prepare accurate forecasts and provide weekly status updates to leadership.

Conduct on-site client meetings and product demonstrations to showcase value.

Collaborate with marketing to optimize demand generation and lead quality.

Provide timely post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Adhere to contractual terms and ethics while pursuing growth opportunities.

Document activities and outcomes to improve visibility across the team.

Demonstrate a willingness to learn and progressively take on higher-responsibility tasks.

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry trends to inform strategy.

Frequent self-review and performance reflection to optimize personal merit-based rewards.
