Responsibilities

Provide pediatric respiratory assessments and administer treatments per protocols.

Monitor patient responses and adjust therapy under physician orders.

Ensure equipment safety, calibration, and infection control procedures.

Document patient data accurately in electronic health records.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize pediatric care plans.

Meet productivity targets and contribute to pipeline-driven growth.

Maintain accurate therapy logs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Educate patients and families about therapies, devices, and home care.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development.

Identify opportunities to expand services within the territory and report insights.

Assist in clinical education sessions for staff and trainees.

Experience/Qualifications

Pediatric respiratory assessment and therapy administration per protocol.

Monitor patient response and adjust therapy under physician orders.

Ensure equipment safety, calibration, and infection control.

Accurate documentation of patient data in electronic health records.
