Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Respiratory Care or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of relevant supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership to the department.
• Direct staff activities and coordinate management responsibilities.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives to strengthen systems and policies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including CMS and The Joint Commission.
• Oversee electronic health record enhancements and IT liaison duties.
• Manage the operational budget and department funds.
• Staffing planning and equipment logistics, including recalls.
• Fulfills call duties as assigned.
