Job summary

Clinical Management Consultants is assisting a nonprofit rural healthcare system in central Kansas to recruit a Manager Respiratory Therapy Services. This leadership role oversees daily department operations, staff scheduling, and quality programs within a Level IV trauma center.

The Manager will mentor respiratory care professionals, collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other clinicians, and drive performance improvement while balancing clinical judgment with operational efficiency.
