Job summary

North Capitol Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Manager to oversee pulmonary rehabilitative services for patients, caregivers and facilities. This is a working manager role with responsibility for operations and clinical outcomes in line with respiratory therapy principles and company policies.

Must hold an active Indiana RT license. Preferred ACLS; BLS current. LTC and trach experience are pluses for success in this role.

Summary of Position

The Respiratory Therapist delivers quality Pulmonary Rehabilitative services for patients, caregivers, and facilities to optimize clinical outcomes in accordance with principles and practices of respiratory therapy and with company policies and procedures. This is a working manager position.

Education And Qualifications

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Minimum of current BLS certification, ACLS certification preferred
• Graduate of a CoARC accredited school of therapy program
• Long-term care and trach experience preferred
