American Senior Communities in Indianapolis is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Manager to deliver high-quality pulmonary rehabilitation services. The role requires an active Indiana RT license and prior long-term care or trach experience will be favored.

This is a working managerial position with responsibilities overseeing clinical operations. The successful candidate will lead therapy delivery, ensure adherence to policies, and contribute to patient outcomes across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
• Graduate of a CoARC accredited school of therapy program.
• Long-term care and trach experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pulmonary rehabilitative services to optimize clinical outcomes.
• Work as a working manager in a clinical setting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
