CENTRAL INDIANA‑AMG SPECIALTY HOSPITAL seeks a Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-acuity, long-term care in a LTAC setting. Roles include full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, located in Greenfield, IN within Hancock Regional Hospital.

We provide exceptional,high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICUstays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. Key Responsibilities

• Manage,maintain, and titrate advanced mechanical ventilation and respiratory equipmentfor high-acuity patients.
• Performcomplex respiratory therapy procedures, including ventilator weaning protocols,arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling, and airway management.
• Collaborateclosely with physicians, RNs, and leadership to design and execute tailoredrespiratory care plans.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
• Licensure: Active IndianaRespiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS. RRT or CRT credential by theNBRC.
• Experience: Experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU, Step-down, CCU, orhigh-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Must be an engaged, self-motivatedclinician.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment capabilities; professional fluency inverbal and written English.
