Job summary

Arbors at Delaware seeks a Respiratory Therapy Manager to provide clinical direction and in-services on respiratory care within the facility. You will lead respiratory services, coordinate patient care, and work with management to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires CRT or RRT, state licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, CPR certification, and prior experience in a long-term care environment. The position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A CRT or RRT license and AMA-approved school is required.
• Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in the state employed and CPR certification.
• Vent Certified is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services within the practitioner scope as scheduled.
• Document care and communicate with physicians, staff, and families.
• Assist with regulatory issues and ensure proper equipment storage and signage.
• Handle routine communications and filing as needed.
• Assess respiratory needs, oxygenation, ventilator patients, and decannulation/weaning as appropriate.
• Complete monthly TARs and notify supervisor of concerns.
