Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner or NBRC-registered credential prior to hire.
• Preferred Neonatal Resuscitation credential and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical excellence by establishing clear departmental goals aligned with the health system vision.
• Coordinate holistic patient care journeys with multidisciplinary teams to ensure superior outcomes.
• Mentor and lead clinical staff through performance management and scheduling to maintain an engaged team.
• Manage departmental budgets, vendor partnerships and regulatory standards to keep a safe, resource‑efficient environment.
