AdventHealth is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a full-time Day shift in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. The role includes coordinating staffing, serving as a liaison between staff and leadership, and ensuring high-quality patient care with adherence to clinical protocols.

Required are an Associate’s degree (Bachelor's preferred), RRT licensure, and 3+ years of critical care experience. State Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials and BLS are mandatory; strong English communication is
