Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapist program; Associate Degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• 3–5 years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience and/or 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Current NBRC registration and Michigan license.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction and supervision as on-site Respiratory Therapy leader.
• Coordinate staff assignments and adjust workload to meet patient needs.
• Collaborate with department leadership on goals, policies, and quality assurance.
• Participate in training, orientation, and teaching of classes for Henry Ford Health System.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
