Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapist program with Associate Degree required.
• Bachelor's in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• 3–5 years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Respiratory Therapy staff schedule and daily work assignments to meet patient needs while adhering to standards.
• Serve as liaison to inpatient ICUs and Emergency Department for respiratory care collaboration.
• Monitor quality assurance, patient safety, attendance, productivity, and resource utilization in a fiscally prudent manner.
• Collaborate with Medical, Nursing, and Administrative leadership; assist in policy design and staff development.
