Job summary

Henry Ford Health seeks a Respiratory Therapist Clinical Specialist for 36 hours on the midnight shift in a part-time role. You will lead on-site respiratory care, coordinate staff assignments, and ensure high-quality patient care across the department.

The role requires an accredited RT program graduate with 3–5 years of RT experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Current Michigan license and NBRC registration are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience, plus 3–5 years of RT experience.
• Active license and NBRC registration as a Respiratory Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision as on-site Respiratory Therapy leader.
• Collaborate with RT Director, Manager and leadership on goals and staffing.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Lead staff orientation and training activities.
